Hereinafter – INEX COSMETICS or the Seller.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.inexcosmetics.com, ordering and payment for products, delivery, withdrawal and returns.

By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. DELIVERY WITHIN LATVIA

Standard delivery within Latvia is FREE for all orders, regardless of the order value.

Free delivery is provided using the standard delivery methods offered by the Seller and displayed during checkout.

The Customer selects the available delivery method when placing an order.

If the Customer chooses a special paid delivery method, such as a specific courier service, any applicable charge will be clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.

3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Available delivery options and charges for Lithuania, Estonia and other countries are displayed during checkout before payment.

If INEX COSMETICS offers free international delivery or another special delivery promotion, the applicable conditions will be displayed on the website.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or other charges in the country of destination. Such charges are payable by the Customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

4. ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

INEX COSMETICS normally dispatches orders within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Actual delivery times depend on the selected delivery method and destination.

Processing may take longer during promotional periods, public holidays or periods of unusually high order volume.

If there is a significant delay, INEX COSMETICS will contact the Customer using the contact details provided with the order.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed in the online store are in EUR.

Prices displayed to consumers include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.

The price of the products, any applicable delivery charges and the total amount payable are displayed before the Customer confirms the order.

INEX COSMETICS reserves the right to change its prices. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed, except in cases of an obvious technical error.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Discount codes and gift cards, where available, may be used in accordance with their applicable terms.

6. DISTANCE CONTRACT

When purchasing products through www.inexcosmetics.com, a distance contract is concluded between the Customer and SIA INEX Beauty.

The distance contract is governed by applicable Latvian and European Union consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and Cabinet Regulation No. 255 “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts”.

Before confirming an order, the Customer is given the opportunity to review the main characteristics of the products, prices, payment and delivery conditions, withdrawal rights and these Terms & Conditions.

An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the Customer.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

A consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

For the purchase of goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Where several goods ordered in one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the last item is received.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform SIA INEX Beauty of the decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.

The Customer may also use the online “Withdraw from purchase” function available at www.inexcosmetics.com.

When an online withdrawal notice is submitted, SIA INEX Beauty will send confirmation of receipt to the Customer's email address without undue delay, including information about the submitted withdrawal and its date and time.

The withdrawal deadline is met if the Customer sends the notification before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

8. RETURNING PRODUCTS

After notifying SIA INEX Beauty of the decision to withdraw, the Customer must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating the decision to withdraw.

Information regarding the return procedure and the actual return address will be provided after receipt of the withdrawal notice.

The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless SIA INEX Beauty has agreed to bear such costs or the return results from a defective, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied product.

The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

9. RESTRICTIONS ON RETURNS OF COSMETIC PRODUCTS

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified by applicable law, including to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

This may apply to cosmetic products where, after the product or its hygienic protective packaging has been opened, the product cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.

This restriction does not affect the Customer's statutory rights where a product is defective or does not conform to the contract.

10. REFUNDS

If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, SIA INEX Beauty will reimburse the payments subject to reimbursement under applicable law without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which SIA INEX Beauty is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw.

Refunds will normally be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction unless the Customer expressly agrees otherwise.

SIA INEX Beauty may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or until the Customer supplies evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.

As standard delivery within Latvia is provided free of charge regardless of the order value, there is no separate original standard delivery charge to refund.

11. DAMAGED OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

If the Customer receives a damaged, incorrect or non-conforming product, please contact info@inexcosmetics.com, stating the order number and, where possible, attaching photographs.

Consumer rights relating to non-conforming goods are governed by applicable Latvian consumer protection legislation.

12. PRODUCTS

Products sold through INEX COSMETICS are cosmetic and skincare products intended for external use in accordance with the relevant instructions.

INEX COSMETICS aims to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding product composition, use, volume and characteristics.

Product packaging or certain visual details may differ from images displayed on the website where packaging or labelling has been updated.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of the website, including the INEX COSMETICS name and trademark, logos, product images, photographs, text, designs and graphic elements, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Commercial use, reproduction, republication, distribution or modification of such materials without the prior written consent of SIA INEX Beauty is prohibited except where permitted by law.

14. PERSONAL DATA

INEX COSMETICS processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Personal data may be processed for order fulfilment, payment processing, delivery, customer service, handling returns and complaints, compliance with legal obligations and, where an appropriate legal basis exists, marketing purposes.

15. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

Communications necessary to process and fulfil an order, including order confirmations, payment information and delivery notifications, are not marketing communications.

Marketing communications by email, SMS or other electronic means are sent in accordance with applicable legislation.

Recipients are provided with an opportunity to opt out of further marketing communications of the relevant type.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For questions or complaints regarding an order, product, delivery or service, please contact info@inexcosmetics.com.

The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute through mutual communication.

If an agreement cannot be reached, consumers may use the consumer protection and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available under Latvian law, including contacting the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) where the matter falls within its competence.

These Terms & Conditions and related disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to the Customer.

17. FORCE MAJEURE

SIA INEX Beauty shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations where caused by circumstances reasonably beyond its control.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

SIA INEX Beauty may amend these Terms & Conditions by publishing an updated version on www.inexcosmetics.com.

An order is generally governed by the Terms & Conditions in force when the order was placed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Who is responsible for your data

Orders and your account

We process your name, email, phone number, chosen delivery location, products ordered, amounts and payment status to fulfil your order. The legal basis is entering into and performing a contract; accounting and other statutory requirements are based on a legal obligation. We cannot fulfil an order without the information needed for it. You can shop without an account. If you register, we also keep login and email confirmation information. Your password is stored in a protected form that does not reveal it. Your account shows your purchase history. Guest purchases made with the same email are linked when the owner of that email accesses their authenticated account. Entering an email at checkout does not grant access to that account.

Questions, withdrawal requests and comments

We use the contact details and information you provide to respond to enquiries. Withdrawal requests and complaints are processed to fulfil the contract and our legal obligations. Guests can comment on the blog and ask questions. Once moderated, your chosen name and comment are public; your email is not. We also process IP addresses and technical information to administer comments and prevent abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service. Please do not include order numbers, phone numbers or other private information in public comments.

Newsletters

We send newsletters after separate consent and email confirmation. We retain your email, language, subscription status and evidence of consent. Buying a product or creating an account does not automatically subscribe you. Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also withdraw consent by emailing info@inexcosmetics.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

Service providers and security

Necessary information is shared with hosting and email providers, the delivery provider selected for your order, payment processors, accounting providers and authorities where required by law. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s page; the store receives a transaction reference and status. Access to customer information is restricted to those who need it for their work. Where processing outside the EEA requires an international transfer, an applicable adequacy decision or other safeguards recognised by the GDPR must support it. Contact us for information about the recipients and safeguards for a particular service.

Retention and your rights

We retain information for as long as needed for its purpose. Retention of orders and accounting records depends on statutory duties and the protection of legal claims; account information on maintaining the account; and correspondence on resolving the matter and relevant claim periods. Subscription information is used until you unsubscribe. Limited consent and suppression records may be retained to respect your choice and protect rights. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We verify the requester’s identity before disclosing account data. Erasure does not apply to information we must retain by law. You may lodge a complaint with Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate at www.dvi.gov.lv. The store does not make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

The store uses cookies for your basket, secure login and language preference. WooCommerce cookies woocommerce_cart_hash and woocommerce_items_in_cart last for the browser session; wp_woocommerce_session_* normally lasts up to 2 days. The WordPress login cookie wordpress_logged_in_* normally lasts 2 days, or up to 14 days with “Remember me”. inex_language stores your manually selected LV/EN language for up to 180 days; inex_visit_language lasts for the session. The initial language may use a country estimate from your IP address in a local geographical database. Precise location access is not requested.

Your choice and analytics

Your consent preference is stored in your browser as inex-consent-v2 for up to 180 days. Analytics loads only when enabled on the website and you have consented. In that case, Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_* measure visits and store usage, with a lifetime set by this website of up to 180 days; Google provides the service. Account pages are excluded from INEX analytics events, and names, emails and addresses are not sent in those event parameters. Advertising cookies are not enabled in this implementation.

Changing your choice

You can decline optional cookies and still use the store. Change your choice through “Cookie preferences” in the footer or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect your basket or login. The payment provider’s page has its own privacy and cookie information.
